Supervisors those who are guiding research scholars of Sathyabama University, Chennai,are requested to convene a Doctoral Committee meeting with the experts and conduct the comprehensive examination in the area of research, for the research scholars after the completion of the prescribed course work at Sathyabama University campus. Further the supervisors are requested to send the detailed report regarding the Doctoral Committee meeting and the details of the comprehensive examination in the area of research to the undersigned at the earliest, which will enable us to confirm the Ph.d provisional registration of the research scholar. Prior approval should be obtained from the undersigned to conduct the Doctoral Committee Meeting with date and time at least one week in advance.
