Supervisors those who are guiding the research scholars of Sathyabama University, Chennai, may convene a Synopsis Meeting with the Doctoral Committee members for the research scholars after the confirmation of his/her Ph.D provisional registration, completion of the prescribed period(Full time: 3 years, Part time Internal/External:4 years) and satisfied research work. Further, Supervisors are requested to instruct the research scholars to submit 10 copies of the synopsis with a soft copy(C D form with PDF format) as per the format (Instruction for the preparation of Ph.D Synopsis can be downloaded from the university website: www.sathyabamauniv.ac.in/phd) and also to pay the synopsis fees Rs.7500 (Rupees seven thousand and five hundred only) in the form of DD drawn in favour of “Sathyabama University” payable at Chennai on the day of synopsis meeting. Supervisors are also requested to submit the name of three Indian examiners and three International examiners with their phone numbers, fax & E.Mail for thesis evaluation. Prior approval should be obtained from the undersigned to conduct the Synopsis Meeting with date and time at least one week in advance by fax (044-24503202)or E.Mail (deanresearch@sathyabamauniv.ac.in).
