Research scholars those who wish to apply for Ph. D Course Work Examination(including approved Direct Study papers) during April / May 2010 are requested to submit the FORM 2 (can be downloaded from the website) to Dean (PG Studies & Research) office on or before 9th January 2010.
At the end of the semester based on the attendance certificate(minimum 80%) from the concerned Head of the Departments to Dean (PG Studies & Research) the research scholars will be permitted to attend the examination. A minimum of 80% attendance is compulsory to appear for the examination. In the case of Direct Study the attendance certificate should be obtained from the Supervisor.


Late Application forms will be summarily rejected.
