The Research scholars are requested to submit form 2(Application for Course work permission for Research scholars) to Dean (PG Studies & Research) to attend the course work classes at Sathyabama University. Last date for submitting the form 2(Application for Course work permission for Research Scholars) will be 31st December for Even Semester, 7th June for Odd Semester. At the end of the semester research scholars have to produce the attendance certificate [Course work attendance certificate for research scholars (Form6), can be downloaded from http://www.sathyabamauniversity.ac.in/phd/downloads.php] from the concerned Head of the Departments to Dean (PG Studies & Research) which will facilitate the Research scholar to attend the examination. A minimum of 80% attendance is compulsory to appear for the examination. In the case of Direct Study the attendance certificate should be obtained from the Supervisor.
